The Hayward CAT 6000 WIFICF Professional Salt Controller Package is a full scope, advanced, remote monitoring automated controller that allows you to monitor from any internet connection. The CAT 6000 monitors and controls pH, ORP, Free Chlorine, Temperature, TDS, NaCl (salt), and flow. It will constantly adjust the feeding of chemicals proportional to the demand. It will also display the Langelier Saturation Index (LSI) of your pool water using your total alkalinity to do so. With additional sensors (sold separately), it can also monitor water level, tank level, and/or digital flow. It has a secondary ORP Set-Point for backup sanitization.
The CAT 6000 provides the most precise sanitization control with an intuitive full-color touch screen and Dynamic Sanitizer Control, an innovative sensing technology, allowing for more precise sanitization control than ever. The CAT 6000 also uses innovative solid-state sensing technology for its low-maintenance true free chlorine, temperature, and conductivity sensors.
The CAT 6000 also includes the Flow Sensor which monitors the rate of flow across the pH, FCI, TDS, and ORP sensors. It will signal the controller to disable automated chemical feeding during periods when the filtration system is off or low recirculation flow is detected. The CAT 6000 will also audit and monitor energy consumption data to maximize efficiency.
The CAT 6000 can use either Wi-Fi or Cellular to access the internet. Monitoring remotely is simple with the Hayward PoolComm app. Whether you are monitoring one commercial pool or multiple commercial pools, PoolComm lets you view water quality data, print charts, and graphs. Activating and personalizing your PoolComm website is easy. You can even receive alarms via email or text from any web-enabled device. Note: The PoolComm website is a subscription-based service.
Compatible with all sanitizing systems, the CAT 6000 includes a mounting bracket for easy installation. The NEMA 4X enclosure is weather resistant and shock proof. It has a machined acrylic flow cell and a rotary flow switch; and they include the long-lasting, low-maintenance CAT Professional Series pH and Gold-Tip ORP sensors.
