The ADA Compliant Emergency Poolside Phone with Enhanced Weather Protection (EWP) is designed to provide fast and reliable hands-free communication for any standard analog line or station. The ADA Compliant Emergency Phone is Series 1600A from Viking Security. The 1600A Series can be programmed to automatically deliver a digital announcement to identify the location of the emergency call. It call also deliver a DTMF touch tone code as an alternative. Also, a Call Connected LED can be initiated manually or automatically.
All Series 1600A phones can be programmed from any touch tone telephone. The Emergency Phone can dial up to 5 programmable emergency phone numbers, as well as 2 central station numbers. All programming parameters, including phone numbers and location numbers, are stored in non-volatile memory.
The Emergency Phones are phone line powered and require no batteries or external power. The phones are compatible with any common Central Station Monitoring equipment.
This model Emergency Phone is designed for outside installations where the unit is exposed to precipitation or condensation. With the Enhanced Weather Protection, the phones feature rubber gaskets and boots, hand-soldered silicon-sealed connections, gel-filled tip and ring connectors, and urethane-potted circuit boards with weather-sealed, field-adjustable trim pots and DIP switches for easy on-site programming.
