This is a Legend Wafer-Type PVC Lever Butterfly Valve, Model S-650, for 2.5 inch pipe, with EPDM seat and o-rings, and 410 stainless steel stem. Legend Valve Model T-S650 PVC butterfly valves have a lever operated with a 7-position latch. These valves are manufactured with 100% virgin resin and are pressure tested to 225 psi. The full-pattern wafer-style body is lighter than metallic butterfly valves of the same size. This makes installation easier and imposes less stress on pipes.
Recommended for commercial swimming pools, these PVC wafer-style valves have excellent flow characteristics and provide a clear indication of disc position.
