This Stenner S420 Model S34 is a Variable Speed Peristaltic Metering Pump with 25 PSI, 60 GPD, 120 Volts and 1/4 inch Santoprene tubing. The pump features totally enclosed NEMA 4X housing, brushless DC motor, three dedicated output relays, remote start or stop,and LED pump status indicators. The S420 Series Variable Speed Metering Pumps inject solution in direct proportion to an incoming 4-20ma analog signal. The operator would scale the pump’s response to the signal from 25-100% of the maximum flow rate depending upon the operator’s desired flow rate. The ability to accept a 4-20mA signal makes the pump well suited for use with water treatment controls including pH and ORP monitors to maintain proper water chemistry and to treat effluent discharge water.
The S420 Series is equipped with smart technology. It has leak detecting components to determine when solution is present in the pump head. When a leak is detected, a tube icon will always appear on the display. It also has a tube timer where the operator can enter the desired number of hours the pump should run before the display alarm blinks Tube Change. Another feature is the backup pump capability of the S420. The backup pump will activate in the event of loss of power or a drive fault error. Maximum operating temperature for this series is 104 degrees F. Maximum suction lift is 25 feet.
Model S34 pumps include: 3 connecting nuts, 3 ferrules, 1 injection fitting (24 PSI) or 1 Duckbill Check Valve (100 PSI), 1 weighted suction line strainer, 1 20-foot roll of white suction/discharge tubing, 1 additional pump tube, 2 additional latches, 1 mounting bracket and 1 manual.
