The Duraflex Fulcrum Tie Plate is the rectangular piece of anodized aluminum that holds (“ties”) together the two Fulcrum Roller Block Assemblies (DF-517). Comes complete with four (4) installation bolts, washers and nuts (DF-526).
Installation Tip: Before final tightening of the Duraflex Tie Plate to the Duraflex Roller Block Assemblies, use the heel of your hand and simultaneously apply pressure to the base of EACH Roller Block Assembly pushing inward. Then tighten the nuts (2 people required!). RESULT: This helps the fulcrum move back and forth as one unit instead of wobbling or walking – a common problem found when the tie plate is loose.
