This is a 12 inch VGBA Square Wave Anti-Entrapment Suction Outlet Cover with vented riser ring and mud frame in white. The 12 inch Wave Anti-Entrapment covers easily and safely retrofit to a 12 inch square 3/4 inch deep frame. They are designed to replace standard 9 inch square covers that have a 11-1/4 inch center-to-center screw measurement with 3/4 inch deep existing frame. The Wave 12 inch cover works with AquaStar standard 12 inch models and American/Pentair models with 3/4 inch deep existing frames and a four screw hole pattern.
