This is a Hayward SPX1615Z1M Threaded Shaft Motor, 2 HP, 115/208-230 Volts, 60 Hz. This motor is used on Super II SP3000X, Super Pumps SP1600X/SP2600X and Max-Flo SP2800X Series Pumps.
