This is a Pentair 355021S 3/4 HP 1-Speed 1-Phase Black Square Flange Motor, 115/208-230V, 1 A, 60 Hz. This motor is used in Pentair Max-E-Pro and Sta-Rite SuperMax pool pumps.
Pentair replacement motors have been carefully engineered to meet the rugged demands of the pool and spa industry.
