This is a pair of Aluminum Coping Anchor Flanges Flat for 1.90 Inch O.D. tubing. It includes the side bolt. The flange is powder coated white. It is for surface mounting of deck equipment with 1.90 inch O.D. tubing.
To install on deck, you would need to use a bolt for whatever type of deck you have. For concrete, a concrete bolt and concrete drill. For wooden, a wood drill and bolt for wood deck, etc.
