The Spur II has a unique single-shutter system that offers reliable functionality and extremely low valve resistance for unimpeded airflow. It has a fast recoil time for rapid ventilation. It also can be used to supply 100% FiO2 when used with an oxygen source.
The Spur II is the only resuscitator made from SEBS material instead of PVC. This classifies the Ambu SPUR II as environmentally safe and fully disposable, thus eliminating all risks of cross contamination.The bag body has a streamlined design that provides optimal stroke volume and superior recoil time compared to other disposable units.
