The Chemtrol PC2100 pH/ORP Controller is a reliable yet simple programmable controller that features automatic maintenance of water chemistry (ORP and pH) with a display of the Langelier Saturation Index. It is an upgrade of the Chemtrol PC2000 controller with new, improved electronics, a large 8-line screen display, and a USB port for easy datalog download. The PC2100 features a flow cell assembly, sensor cleaning, remote alarm, and several other features. This unit includes the controller, respective probes (pH and ORP probe), safety flow switch, FCA flow cell assembly, PPM cell, and miscellaneous plumbing supplies.
The PC2100 Main Screen on the 8-line display enables the operator to supervise all process functions at a glance and to quickly respond to any changing condition. It operates like a computer with multi-line screen displays and direct access to all menus and submenus. The front panel keypad is used to move up and down each menu and enter or exit the submenus. All operating functions can be easily modified from the keypad, including sensor calibration, control set-points, alarm levels, and the programs for super chlorination and chemical savings.
There are additional options available which can be added to this controller as a separate purchase. These options include the Free Chlorine sensor for ppm readouts, conductivity (or TDS) control, programmable heater control, and tank level and flow monitoring. You can also add full remote duplex capability with the CHEMCOM communications package (sold separately). Any number of facilities can be monitored either by remote computer or by telephone. This allows real-time supervision by management and remote troubleshooting by CHEMTROL technical support. The Communications Package is item #PCx-ETHCOM.
Chemtrol controllers have a Five-Year Warranty on electronics module and 1-Year on all other parts.
