This EasyFit-I Speck pump is 1/2 HP, 115/208-230 Volts, with 2 inch fittings, and is rated as Premium Energy Efficient. This model Easyfit is for new installations. The versatile EasyFit is also available as a direct replacement for commonly used pumps like Hayward Super Pump, Pentair Challenger, Dyna-Glas/Dyna-Max, and Sta-Rite Dura-Glas/Max-E-Glas pool pumps. The EasyFit is a high performance pool pump that comes complete with Speck’s unique mechanical shaft seal that allows the pump, if mistreated, to run dry for up to one hour. The pump can be used for pool water with a salt concentrations of up to 5000 ppm. The EasyFit’s parts are made of 100% recyclable plastic which is non-corrosive, chemical/UV resistant, and can withstand temperatures of up to 175 Degrees F. It comes equipped with 2 inch quick disconnect unions for easy installation and maintenance. Three inch unions are also available.
The EasyFit pumps feature a lock ring that incorporates handles which provide you a convenient way to easily remove the lid. For pool users’ safety, the impeller has a dielectric shaft sleeve that provides absolute separation between the pool water and electric parts. And every Speck pump is performance tested before leaving the Speck factory.
