This is an ELC-800R Dual-Sensing Water Level Controller for bracket applications with a cable length of 50 feet. The ELC-800R is an automated water level control system with enhanced features and functionality. The ELC-800R Water Level Controller uses proximity sensing technology instead of floats or electrical currents. The revised ELC-800R has an easy-to-program menu. It utilizes a proximity switch which detects the level of water in the pool within a fraction of an inch accuracy. Along with the ability to sense dangerously low water conditions, it will deactivate circulations pumps, protecting them from damage.
The ELC-800R has an integral time delay sequence to avoid cycling due to wave action and has an adjustable feed alarm timer which interrupts water flow in the event of a problem. It has an easy-to-read LCD display which will power down after a 15 minute of no key entry. It will turn back on when you press any key.
The ELC-800R is housed in a watertight NEMA 4X UL94 5V UL flammability rated Polycarbonate enclosure. Any changes to the parameters are password protected so your settings are secure. The ELC-800R has a relay for remote annunciation of an alarm condition. Any of the following will initiate an alarm: Maximum Fill Time Exceeded, Low Water Condition, Level Sensor Problem, and Low Water Sensor Problem.
