This is an AquaStar FlowStar Skimmer with water stop face, float assembly, basket, lid and adjustable collar in white, for gunite swimming pools. This skimmer is designed for both commercial and residential use with a flow rate of 15 GPM minimum and 90 GPM maximum. It is built in compliance with NSF 50 and SPS 3 standards. The upper housing is engineered with super strong polymer. The skimmer has an extra heavy-duty PVC lower unit that does not require transitional glue. The AquaStar FlowStar has 2-1/2 inch outside slip and 2 inch inside slip with 2 inch threads inside the skimmer for pressure testing.
The FlowStar has many features including a new weir clip lock which secures the clips in the weir door, a large self-contained basket with lock-in feature, and underwater dampers on the faceplate for noise reduction. It also has a self-contained gunite grip water stop on the faceplate to prevent water leaks. Both the lid and collar are G154 UV tested.
