The Maxi-Wide Bak-Pak spineboard is a spinal immobilization constructed of high impact, durable MDPE plastic with a foam core and added width. The raised handholds allow easy gripping and strap threading with board flat on the ground. And the tapered end aids with extrication from tight spaces.
The Maxi-Wide is constructed of LLD polyethylene. Its foam-filled interior allows it to float up to 240 lbs., making it great for water rescues! This backboard accepts virtually all head immobilizers.
