The Duraflex Nyliner (aka Hinge Pin Bushing) is the small plastic item that fits between the Hinge Pin( DF-C203) and the Hinge (DF-C202). In most cases, the loud noise coming from the Duraflex Hinge Assembly is due to missing or broken Nyliners.
Installation Tip: It is recommend that you replace your Nyliners, O-Rings and Hinge Pin at least once per year or as needed when you hear loud noises coming from your Hinge area.
NOTE: Duraflex boards, stands and parts are NOT for residential use. Duraflex will not sell any boards, stands or parts to residential customers as residential pools are not designed to meet FINA (International Swimming Federation) guidelines.
