Rocky’s 4AAT2 Permanent Solar Reel System is designed for residential inground pools up to 24 feet in width. This is a complete system that will hold up to 30 feet of solar cover with a maximum of 12 mil thick. The AT-2 tube adjusts from 17 feet to 25 feet and is 3 inches in diameter. The permanent system is designed to be bolted in place. It can also be mounted in several ways including decks, raised decks, and walls.
The Rocky Solar Reel Systems are constructed of strong die cast aluminum with a baked enamel finish. Industrial grade hardware is used during construction. Strap kits are included.
Rocky’s unique 12-sided adjustable tubing (AT-2) provides extra rigidity for pool owners that want to make sure their reel system never sags. The tubing is constructed of extruded aluminum with a clear anodized satin finish. It is lightweight yet extremely strong. Ground clearance to the underside of the tubing is approximately 6.5 inches. Both the reel and tubing are not affected by sunlight or freezing cold.
