This is a Pentair #58 Swim Teacher Barbell. It has two 7 x 7 inch polyethylene floats, one on each end. The bar measures 30 inches and is made of PVC.
Designed for swim teachers to assist with swimming lessons and training. It can also be used in water aerobics.
