This is a Colorado Time Systems Touchpad Test Meter. The test meter helps you quickly troubleshoot your swim timing system. You can use it to test touchpads, pushbuttons, cable harnesses, deck plates, under-block connection hubs, and your timing console’s scoreboard output.
System uses one 9-volt battery.
